Ms. Adams is a well known and respected, Madison native. She has been with Lanthier Winery since 1999. She holds a degree in Computer Science and has exceptional skills in general business management, marketing and staff management. Her talents and dedication earned her quick recognition. In 2004 she was promoted to Chief of Operations and given a seat on the board of directors.
Rita is devoted to family. She enjoys cooking, sewing and gardening but her favorite pastime is spending time with her many siblings, children and grandchildren.
In addition to her executive planning duties, Rita has full responsibility for successful overall business operations. Rita expects to continue her professional career with Lanthier Winery. Her future goals include expanding the marketing program, increasing service efficiency and expansion of the winery's special events calendar.
