New Year's Toasts - without the jelly

Here’s a great substitute for champagne or Asti Spumante if you are having a large crowd or simply want something wonderfully bubbly..

1 - bottle Lanthier Winery Snowflake White Wine

1 - 2 liter jug of lemon lime soda off brand is best because the lime is not as intense.

Empty half of lemon lime soda into empty soda bottle adds half a bottle of Snowflake White to each bottle. Seal tightly and chill

Can be made 3-4 days ahead

Can also be used in ice trays to create bubbly cubes to keep New Year’s punches fresh and flavorful
